Whole red chillies are sun-dried, ground coarse, then tossed with thin-sliced potato that’s been hand-fried in small batches. The chips come out a deep saffron-red, with a smoky-chilli flavour that grows on you over the first few bites.
Not for the faint of palate, but absolutely beloved by our regulars. Best with cold beer or even colder masala chaas.
